Payment and Cancellation Policy

Clients are asked to maintain a valid credit card on file, but have no worries! Your credit card information is secure and you will not be charged unless there is a cancellation(s) or appointment change(s) fewer than 24 hrs prior to your appointment start time. Appointment deposits will be applied at the time of booking for any service $100 or above in the amount equal to 25% of service charge. The deposit is not refundable, but it is applied in its entirety to the cost of your service, provided you keep your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your service with a greater than 24-hour notice, the deposit will be applied to your future service. In the event of a less than 24-hour notice, the deposit will be forfeit. The deposit will also be forfeit for no-shows and arrivals that are 15 or more minutes late.

I value my clients and their time, and understand that sometimes, things happen that are outside of our control. I will make every effort to work with you and accommodate your schedule. However, that may not always be possible, as I have to be fair to all my clients. After the third cancellation within one calendar year, you must pay for your service in full in advance of your appointment.

Package clients: If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice or no-show for your session, you will lose that entire session from your package. Same applies if you are 15 minutes or more late to your session.

​Package Policy

If you have purchased a package of services, please note that you have 180 days to use all sessions in the package, starting on the day of purchase. This allows you 4-6 weeks between each session. No refunds will be given on unused sessions. Sessions within a package are not transferrable except 1 (one) session, which may be gifted to another person.

Product Return Policy

Unopened, unused products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Any product that has been opened can be exchanged or issued a studio credit within 14 days of purchase.

Skin Conditions Policy

I have extensive expertise in providing treatments for a wide range of skin concerns, and I’m looking forward to helping you transform your skin! That said, please be sure to disclose any existing skin conditions prior to your visit. This is done to ensure that I use proper products and techniques for your skin.

For all acne facials and advanced chemical peels, please note that your booking includes a 30-min skin consultation and your post-treatment care kit. For best results, please be sure to review and comply with these instructions. Any questions you have, I’ll be happy to answer.
