Welcome to Skin Studio KC! I am looking forward to taking care of you at the studio. Whether your goal is healthy, glowing skin, effective hair removal, or flawless makeup, I will strive to provide you with knowledgeable and professional service in a relaxing, peaceful studio setting.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Clients are asked to maintain a valid credit card on file, but have no worries! Your credit card information is secure and you will not be charged unless there is a cancellation(s) or appointment change(s) fewer than 24 hrs prior to your appointment start time. Appointment deposits will be applied at the time of booking for any service $100 or above in the amount equal to 25% of service charge. The deposit is not refundable, but it is applied in its entirety to the cost of your service, provided you keep your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your service with a greater than 24-hour notice, the deposit will be applied to your future service. In the event of a less than 24-hour notice, the deposit will be forfeit. The deposit will also be forfeit for no-shows and arrivals that are 15 or more minutes late.

I value my clients and their time, and understand that sometimes, things happen that are outside of our control. I will make every effort to work with you and accommodate your schedule. However, that may not always be possible, as I have to be fair to all my clients. Before we get started, please take note of a few things:

If this is your first visit for a facial, please select “First Visit” option on your booking form. This will ensure that we have sufficient time to analyze your skin needs and select the optimal facial for you.
Skin Studio KC requires a 24-hour notice for cancellation of services. We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the service amount for all late arrivals, missed appointments or late cancellations. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation. This is done to ensure optimal service to all our clients, as your time is reserved exclusively for you and is intended to provide the time for your entire service.
Prior to your appointment, please complete the required consent forms. Or you can do so at the time of your visit – just be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself time to review and complete these forms.
If you're getting numbing cream with your service, please arrive 30 minutes prior to the appointment time. It takes that long for the numbing cream to be applied and to take effect.
